The North Shore Railroad provides quality rail service to a variety of businesses and industries in Central Pennsylvania. The commodities they handle are as varied as the businesses themselves: grain, food products, metals, and plastics are just a small sampling.

In 2017, North Shore was honored to receive the “trifecta” of short line railroad industry awards (the only railroad to ever accomplish this feat):
