Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 240-bed facility located in Berwick Pa. We are a nursing facility providing long term, post-acute, skilled and respite stays. We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. With a wide arrange of activities as well. Glen Brook has undergone many renovations since November with more to come.
