Qualifications

    Masters or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology or BS with equivalent work experience

    Successful completion of State Certification Examination for Speech Language Pathology 

    Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development

    Must hold a current license in the state of Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

    SPL determines service coverage area within CMSU and Northumberland Counties

    Part Time/ Causal with caseload building option

    Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program, which includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

    Experience with PA Registry, EIPA training requirements, HCSIS, coaching model, etc. 

    Adheres to all policies of company, including job descriptions, certifications requirements, mission statement, HIPAA, confidentiality standards and patient rights

    Ability to work in a team-like atmosphere, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, teaching staff, physicians, social workers and/or family members

    Provide Speech Therapy sessions services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). 

    Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families’ daily routines. 

Benefits

    Flexible Schedule

    $77.50 per billable hour, depending on experience
