Job Summary:

Wild for Salmon Cafe is looking for individuals that are passionate about seafood. Our cafe will be

providing a small menu for dine in and take out along with ready to go items for our Wild for Salmon store

and farmers markets.

Job Duties:

· Communicate well with others

· Standing for long periods of time (8-10 hours)

· Must be motivated to work efficiently and independently to complete tasks in a timely manner

· Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Operate standard kitchen equipment.

· Follow recipes and directions and document daily production

· Maintain a clean and organized station and adhere to safety and sanitation standards

· Make sure all items are wrapped, labeled, and stored properly throughout shift

· Responsible for properly clean kitchen and equipment throughout and end of shift

· Available to work weekends

Experience:

2 years of culinary experience

Job type and schedule:

Full time | Weekend | day shift Monday- Saturday

Pay:  $14-$16
