DESCRIPTION
Local professional engineering and land surveying company adding a Civil Engineering Administrative Manager to their team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager, plan, direct and coordinate one or more administrative services of the company. This candidate must also possess a strong and proficient background in civil engineering to understand the civil engineering aspects and duties of the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
All relevant experience, training and education will be reviewed and considered.
MUST MEET THE BELOW CRITERIA:
• Have a current resume that includes work history, skills/qualifications, education/certifications/licenses/degree(s) & at least three (3) professional references
• Seven (7) years or more experience in the civil engineering field
• Strong management, negotiating skills and the ability to delegate between staff and clients
• Adept in troubleshooting and problem solving issues and concerns
• Ability to work independently with internal staff and outside clients and entities
• Attention to detail
• Communicate effectively in oral & written form
• Be reliable & dependable, including a good work attendance record
WORK HOURS / SHIFT
Regular Full-Time
RATE OF PAY
Salary range of $45,000 - $53,000
BENEFITS
