Mixer with Nonprofits

Description

Are you looking to volunteer with a nonprofit organization within our community, but don't know where to start? Or, maybe you'd like to serve on the board of a nonprofit, but don't know the best fit for your interests and passions? There are numerous nonprofits in Columbia and Montour Counties, that can always use help in the form of board members/candidates, volunteers or both.

The public is invited to attend this special event, which is sponsored by the Community Giving Foundation and intended to provide an opportunity for area residents, professionals, students and anyone else interested, to learn about the many nonprofits in our community, their missions, and the many opportunities available for individuals to be of service.

There will be hors d'oeuvres and drinks (beer, wine, soda, water) available for all attendees to enjoy while they converse and meet both like-minded and service-oriented individuals and representative of nonprofits. There is no cost to attend.
