Family Engagement Manager
Columbia Sullivan Head Start has an opening for a full time Family Engagement Manager. This Head Start management position is responsible for overseeing family engagement across the program. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field. Must have experience as a social worker, caseworker, or parent educator. Must have reliable transportation.
General duties of the Family Engagement Manager include: managing all aspects of family and community engagement in the Head Start program, including: parent group meetings, volunteering, classes for families, family goal setting, Head Start governance, and more. The Family Engagement Manager will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to make programmatic decisions.

This is a 37.5 hour per week position and currently runs for 45 weeks between August and June. This position has the potential to become full year. Hourly rate depends on education level.
