Four  years of Industrial experience in plastics manufacturing (minimum).  Successful teaching and curriculum development at the college/university level (desired).  

Undergraduate studies in Polymer Science, Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related discipline from an institution accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).  (Desired).
