Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles. The Company
develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight components and systems for interior floor and
engine bay as well as the underbody. Customers include almost all automobile manufacturers in
Europe, North & South America, Asia and Africa. Autoneum operates 67 production facilities and

The Bloomsburg Autoneum plant is searching for a few Electronic Technicians to join our cohesive
workforce. This role would involve a wide range of electrical and electronics-related work in a
large manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities will include:
Answer maintenance calls in a professional and timely manner.
Complete all PM’s and Work Orders as assigned.
Troubleshoot equipment downtime, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions
and repairs.
Install conduit and wiring to support equipment moves and new installations.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment to support equipment moves.
Record and track all maintenance activities in log book.
Maintain knowledge and familiarity with all process parameters (Process parameter and
troubleshooting training will be provided).
Ensure 5S principles followed in maintenance shop and on work site.
Ensure compliance with IATF16949, ISO-14001-2015, NEC, OSHA, and QS9000
standards, policies and procedures
Recommends, plans, and implements equipment needs to improve production efficiency
and/or achieve desired results.
Repairs, installs, and inspects electronics or electronic systems as directed through verbal
or written directions, diagrams, drawings, or specifications.
Maintains and makes necessary operating adjustments to the organization's electronic
systems.
Determines material or replacement needs and a logical method for repair; takes
appropriate action to meet those needs and makes repairs.
Ensures local, state, and national electrical codes are followed and proper materials are
used throughout electrical systems.
Manages and installs cables and wiring, splicing as needed.
Work in a manner consistent with safety best practices.
Performs safety checks to ensure design plans are feasible in various conditions.
Reports potentially dangerous electrical equipment to supervisor and takes steps to resolve
the issue.
Instruct employees regarding safe working procedures and requirements when working
with electronic equipment and components.
Develops and maintains records related to electronic and electrical equipment.
(Senior level) Assist in training of Electronics Technicians and Mechatronic Technicians.
Required qualifications and experience:
Skilled Trades License – Industrial Electrician, Electronics Technician, Millwright,
Mechatronics Tech, Construction Electrician, Or
Associates degree graduate of Electrical, Electromechanical (Mechatronics), or Electronic
Technician Program, Or
Completion of accredited electronics-based apprenticeship program, Or
Equivalent military and/or industrial experience.
Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Ability to follow highly complex directions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
(Senior level)Experience with robotics troubleshooting and programming.
(Senior level) Experience with Allen Bradley PLC control equipment. Experience with
Siemens Control Systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/drawings.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers,
internal customers and outside vendors.
Proficient in English.
Strong math skills are required to handle complex calculations and problem-solving.
Familiarity with MS Office software.
Familiarity with Windows operating system.
Ability to use the internet for research.
(Preferred) Experience with ADP and SAP software.
Job Location: Bloomsburg, PA
Work Week: Four 10-hour days
Salary: $27.28 - $32.28 hourly pay rate
