Join us as we participate in a ceremonial groundbreaking for Larry C. Frace Inspections' new Northeast Training Institute, located in the Columbia County Business Park. This new facility, which is being built by Marr Development, will serve as a training center for future building inspectors up and down the East coast. A house within a house, the inside 'house of horrors' will be build incorrectly and not according to code in order to train building inspectors to look for mistakes and potential safety hazards as they look to become certified building inspectors.
